Monthly Subscriptions

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

After the 14-day period:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • Your subscription will not renew after cancellation

Lifetime Plans

Lifetime plan purchases come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

After the 14-day period, lifetime purchases are non-refundable as the license is perpetual.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Include your account email address
  3. Briefly explain the reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)

We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  1. Log in to your ShieldMyShop account
  2. Go to Settings → Billing
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
